I had the most surprising and pleasant experience at Christopher Optical. My favorite sunglasses got bent so I found this shop while looking for somewhere to get them repaired. I was greeted promptly, in a very personable way by Kayla (sp?) and she looked at the glasses. She said she would be right back. Literally within 30 seconds she returned with my glasses good as new. I am not sure the last time I had such a great customer service experience, but I definitely will be returning to Christopher Optical for any future eyewear needs!

This place is amazing. It's clean and bright with lots of beautiful displays. I went to get my glasses fixed and it took 3 to 4 minutes for her to fix them, clean them and get them exactly right for my face. She took the time to let me try them on and see the fit afterwards. I have been putting this chore off for weeks now because I imagined it would take a while, just waiting there to have them fixed and worried I wouldn't have glasses for a day or two. All that worry for nothing. Seriously, go there. The eye exams are pretty cool and high tech too.

I broke my favorite glasses and needed to get them repaired quickly. I drove to the shop late on a Friday afternoon and they were so helpful and quickly repaired them for no cost. I was really impressed with the customer service and can do attitude. I will definitely come back to this shop.

Fast, easy, and so helpful EDIT: I never needed glasses in my lifetime, so Christopher Optical was my very first experience and with children’s glasses nonetheless. I’ve decided to deduct a star because the pricing here is quite high. This is not necessarily a reflection on the customer service, however, now having a comparison with children’s glasses… there are MUCH more affordable options at other retailers. I did feel quite naive in this process so it does bother me a little bit that I feel I was sold the absolute cream of the crop in terms of kids glasses which is partially my fault for not doing more research. All that to say, I did have to leave this review before leaving the store… but feel inclined now to update it for any other naive parents buying kids glasses. There are cheaper options that work out just fine and even though my daughter’s glasses are beautiful from Christopher optical, she prefers the other pair I had to get as backup at a third of the price.
