I broke my favorite glasses and needed to get them repaired quickly. I drove to the shop late on a Friday afternoon and they were so helpful and quickly repaired them for no cost. I was really impressed with the customer service and can do attitude. I will definitely come back to this shop.

We do our best to support family businesses, but Christopher Optical is only concerned about their $. We bought our child's first 2 pairs of glasses (one pair for sports) for $1,400 based on the prescription provided by the eye doctor. Once the glasses were ready for pick-up, our child immediately complained about not being able to see. It turns out that the prescription was way too strong! Christopher Optical told us that they would just change out the lenses once we got a new prescription. So, they kept the glasses and we went through the process of scheduling a new eye appointment with a new eye doctor and trying to figure out the best course for our child. We were thankful that Christopher Optical was supposedly working with us during this process. It took several weeks and multiple appointments to finalize the new prescription for our child. When we returned to Christopher Optical with new prescription, they said they would now have to charge us for new lenses and it would be an extra $300. We reminded them that they said to just bring back the new prescription and they would change out the lenses, but we were now told the time to exchange the lenses for free had expired. Again, the glasses were brand new and had never even been worn. Plus, Christopher Optical had them the whole time. We asked to speak to a manager/owner, but one was not present. We were told that one would call us, but this never happened. After a couple of weeks of waiting, we returned to the store and just picked up our glasses with the wrong prescription. Christopher Optical misled us and has terrible customer service! They look for every opportunity to squeeze an extra dollar out of people. Get your glasses elsewhere!
